Desk Daddy (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates an online aggregator platform at deskdaddy.in that displays publicly available information about coworking spaces, serviced offices, and virtual office providers across India. We are an information aggregator only — we are not a party to any rental, lease, or booking agreement between you and a workspace provider.
2. Use of the Platform
By using our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when submitting inquiries or creating an account.
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
- Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems.
- Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
3. Accuracy of Listings
Workspace listings, pricing, availability, and amenity information displayed on Desk Daddy are aggregated from publicly available sources and updated periodically. We make reasonable efforts to keep data current but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. Prices are indicative and subject to change by the workspace provider. Always confirm pricing and availability directly with the provider before making a decision.
4. Bookings and Payments
On-demand bookings processed through our platform are subject to availability confirmation by the workspace provider. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By completing a booking, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to these terms. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Desk Daddy, including design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or licensed to us. Workspace images and descriptions are attributed to their respective providers and displayed under fair use for informational purposes. Each listing includes a link to the original provider.
6. Limitation of Liability
Desk Daddy acts as an information aggregator and lead facilitator. We are not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any workspace listed on our platform. Any dispute arising from a workspace booking or lease is between you and the workspace provider. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
