What we collect

The name, phone number, team size, requirements and message you submit in an enquiry form (and, for operators, a work email), the page you sent it from and your browser type (user-agent); and anything you send us by email. Your shortlist and recent search choices are stored only in your browser, not sent to us.

How we use it

To send you workspace options, arrange tours, complete bookings and improve the site. We share your requirement with operators only when you ask us to arrange a tour or quote from them.

Sharing

Operators you choose to engage. Enquiries are stored with our database provider, Supabase, and the site is hosted on Vercel, which processes each request (including your IP address) to serve pages and forms. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers act under contract. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and rights

Enquiry data is kept for 24 months. Email support@deskdaddy.in to access, correct or delete your data.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Your shortlist, team size and day-pass date are kept in your browser's local storage so they survive a page reload; clear your browser's site data to remove them.
