1. What we do

Desk Daddy is a marketplace that lists workspaces operated by third parties and helps you enquire, tour and negotiate. Your membership or lease agreement is with the operator or landlord, not with Desk Daddy, except for bookings we confirm with you in writing.

2. Prices

Prices shown are quoted by operators, exclude GST unless stated, and may change. Listings marked Indicative are estimates. A price is binding only when written in an agreement with the operator or in a Desk Daddy booking confirmation.

3. Bookings

Day-pass and meeting-room requests sent through this site are not bookings until we confirm them with you in writing. Desk Daddy takes no payment on this website. Cancellation and refund terms are in our Refund Policy.

4. Fees

We do not charge users brokerage. Operators pay us referral fees. We never ask users for advances, tokens or deposits on WhatsApp or UPI.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, republish or misuse listing data, or submit false enquiries.

6. Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee availability, pricing or the condition of any workspace. Our liability is limited to amounts paid to Desk Daddy for a booking.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
