Refund policy

Desk Daddy takes no payment on this website. These terms apply only to a day pass or meeting room that we have confirmed with you in writing and that you have paid Desk Daddy for.

Day passes

Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the start time; full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Later cancellations are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once within 30 days.

Meeting rooms

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before; 50% refund between 24 and 4 hours; non-refundable within 4 hours.

Monthly plans and leases

Paid directly to the operator or landlord; their agreement governs deposits, notice and refunds. Desk Daddy does not collect these payments.

Operator cancellation

If an operator cannot honour a booking, you receive a full refund or an equivalent alternative, your choice.
