Delhi's office market splits into the CBD around Connaught Place, the south Delhi commercial districts of Nehru Place, Saket and Okhla, and Aerocity by the airport. Flexible space here skews to smaller footprints — lawyers, consultants, agencies and startups — while large corporate floors have moved to Gurgaon and Noida.
The Metro makes Delhi easy: Blue, Yellow and Magenta lines reach every district below. If half your team lives in Gurgaon and half in Noida, Saket or Nehru Place on the Magenta/Violet lines is the fair midpoint.
Okhla Phase I–III and Mohan Cooperative — converted industrial buildings with large, affordable floors. Metro: Okhla NSIC, Sukhdev Vihar (Magenta).

Dedicated desks listed in Delhi range ₹8,000–₹22,999 a month, across 11 centres. Private cabins listed in Delhi range ₹8,000–₹41,000 a month; some operators quote cabins per seat and others per cabin, so check what each listing covers. Prices vary by locality and operator; Desk Daddy shows the operator's price wherever the operator publishes one.
Yes, GST is charged on coworking memberships. If your company is GST-registered you can usually claim it as input credit. Ask whether a quote includes GST before comparing.
Most operators allow it on dedicated-desk and cabin plans and will issue a NOC, rent agreement and utility bill for MCA and GST registration. Hot-desk plans often don't include this — check the listing.
Lock-in and notice periods differ by operator and plan. Hot desks are often month-to-month, while dedicated desks and cabins usually carry a longer lock-in and a security deposit. Check the terms on each quote.
It depends on the building. Centres in business parks often have car parking (sometimes paid) and two-wheeler parking; standalone buildings may not. Ask us to confirm parking for any listing.
Yes. Book a free tour through any listing and a Desk Daddy consultant will confirm a slot with the operator.
No. Operators pay us a referral fee; you pay the operator directly, and we ask for a better rate on your behalf.
It depends on the operator and the plan. Desks can often be ready soon after KYC; cabins can take longer if furniture or branding changes are needed.
