How a day pass works
- You book for a date, sometimes for a set number of hours, and use any free seat in the shared area.
- Internet and the shared pantry are normally included. Meeting rooms may be booked and paid for separately.
- Some centres ask you to book in advance and to show ID at reception.
- A day pass is normally for one person. Bring a colleague, buy a second pass.

- You work from home most days and need a desk now and then.
- You are travelling and need a place to work for a day or two.

Divide the monthly price of a desk by the day-pass price at the same centre. The answer is the number of days a month after which the monthly plan costs less.
