Meeting Rooms in Pimpri, Pune

Meeting Rooms in Pimpri, Pune: what to expect

Pune combines an IT-services base (Hinjewadi, Kharadi, Magarpatta) with a strong startup and product scene around Baner, Koregaon Park and Viman Nagar. It is generally cheaper than Mumbai for comparable Grade A space, and most operators now have multiple centres on both the east and west sides.

Pune Metro's Purple and Aqua lines now connect PCMC, Shivajinagar and Vanaz; Hinjewadi's Line 3 is under construction. Choose east (Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Magarpatta) or west (Baner, Hinjewadi, Wakad) based on where your team lives — crossing the city at peak is slow.

How to choose a meeting room in Pune

• Book a room a little larger than your head count — rooms are quoted at their maximum.
• Check for a wired HDMI, not just wireless casting.
• Ask for a half-day or full-day rate, which is often cheaper than paying by the hour.
• For large groups ask for a training-room layout, not a boardroom.
