Meeting Rooms in Egmore, Chennai

Meeting Rooms in Egmore, Chennai: what to expect

Chennai's office market runs along two corridors: OMR (Old Mahabalipuram Road) for IT services and SaaS, and the Guindy–Mount Road spine for corporates, banks and manufacturing head offices. Flexible space has grown quickly in Guindy, Perungudi and Porur, and Chennai remains the most affordable of the big-six cities for Grade A cabins.

The Blue Line links the airport, Guindy, Anna Salai and the port; the Green Line covers Anna Nagar and Vadapalani. OMR beyond Perungudi is cab territory until Phase 2 of the metro opens — pick Guindy or Perungudi if your team is spread out.

How to choose a meeting room in Chennai

• Book a room a little larger than your head count — rooms are quoted at their maximum.
• Check for a wired HDMI, not just wireless casting.
• Ask for a half-day or full-day rate, which is often cheaper than paying by the hour.
• For large groups ask for a training-room layout, not a boardroom.
